Our Payroll Administration Service provides a quality outsourcing solution to meet the complex needs of businesses today. We provide tailor-made pay slips to meet our clients’ needs as well as contribute to the Unemployment Insurance Fund (UIF).
We contribute to a workman’s compensation fund with Rand Mutual Assurance Company (RMA).
Shades of Blue Lifestyles are able to make a Medical Scheme available for our employees at their discretion if and when they would require such a benefit.
Given the current pandemic our world is facing Shades of Blue Lifestyles is paying a R30 000. 00 group funeral plan with RMA for their employees and their spouses. The policy provides a lump sum payment to cover costs related to the funeral, for all valid claims the payment will be made within 48 hours of receiving the correct claim documentation.
